Tent,Two sleeping bags (if going south in winter- I use both)Woolly hat, Pillow case- stick clothes in for pillow, mattress, Pump for mattress, Water – I use a back pack with water so I can drink on the way and not dehydrate then I fill it last stop before camping for the night, Gas Cooker, 1 pot, tiny fry pan, sharp knife, fork and butter knife, teaspoon, desert spoon( for stirring while cooking as well as eating) potato peeler
food – I like packet pasta, small block of cheese, small amount of butter, potatoes (then you can have potato chips cooked in butter and buttery cheesy pasta!) pepper, chocolate or biscuits, Musli bars and nuts, Coffee, milk powder, sugar.
dishwasher liquid (in a small herb jar works) scourer, tea towell, Small fold out chair,Torches, including head lamp and I have one that hangs from the top of my tent
Toiletries-Shampoo conditioner. razor, Travel towell, Small bottle of mousse,Travel soap case- soap,Panadol/medication, Insect repellent First aid kit
Spare key for bike in case you lose itPurse for eveningsTwo pairs jeans/pants/skirtsSleep wear- I usually have a couple of dresses with me and wear one with a pair of Cotten pants i can also wear around the camp siteTwo pairs bike jeansTwo riding shirts, two good- preferably interchangeable and not needing ironing dresses if I’m going to be somewhere I need to dress upsocks – if I’m gone a week I usually take 5 pair and no more for two weeks, wash them each new get when I can.Woolly hatSun hat if going to be off the bike outside during the day
